Security and Takedown — European Charging Data

Version 1.0 · Effective 1 November 2026.

Data owners: ask us to remove or correct data

If you own or publish data that appears in the Service, write to takedown@solidroam.com with the source, the records affected and a short reason. We acknowledge within 2 business days and answer within 5. While we check, we may hide the data. If your request is justified we remove the data from the Service and its caches, and from backups as they rotate (within 35 days). We tell affected customers within 5 business days. You can send a counter-notice with evidence within 10 business days. Requests about personal data in a field are handled the same way (see the Privacy Notice).

Security researchers: report a vulnerability

Write to security@solidroam.com. We acknowledge within 2 business days, rate the report within 5, update you at least every 14 days, and agree public disclosure with you, normally after 90 days. We will not take legal action against good-faith research that: tests only your own account, does not touch other customers' data, does not disrupt the Service, does not use social engineering, and is reported to us first. Do not test with denial-of-service tools or download data you do not need. We do not pay bounties but we will credit you if you wish. A security.txt file is published at the Service's address.

Customers: security basics

Keep keys secret, tell us at once about a leak, and use the Service only over secure connections. We will tell you about confirmed security incidents that affect you without undue delay, and about personal data breaches within 48 hours of becoming aware.
